UC Berkeley’s Anchor House Opening

Coming on the heels of the Supreme Court ruling that upheld PlaceWorks’ EIR for UC Berkeley’s Long Range Development Plan Project, we’re excited to see this sneak peek of Anchor House, which was analyzed in our EIR as Housing Project #1.

The new 14-story residential building officially opens this weekend in Downtown Berkeley and will provide much-needed housing and amenities for transfer students at below market rates.
