Stuart Rickard, the firm's principal, has extensive experience designing, entitling, and building award-winning developments. He has been responsible for implementing over $100 million in real estate development projects that involve a variety of uses, including residential, retail, office, and industrial.  He holds an MBA from U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a B.A. in Environmental Design, also from U.C. Berkeley.
