To support the update, PlaceWorks prepared an analysis of existing and projected housing needs, an analysis of potential constraints on housing, and an assessment of fair housing. We worked with the City to update its inventory of available land for housing and updated the goals, policies, and implementation programs from the previous Housing Rlement.

PlaceWorks also coordinated review with the California Department of Housing and Community Development and worked with the City to facilitate workshops and present the Housing Element at public hearings. We prepared the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review and analysis as well as the final Housing Element, which incorporates any changes from the public review.
