Welcome Tammy L. Seale!
We are pleased to announce that Tammy L. Seale has joined PlaceWorks as Associate Principal for Climate Action and Resiliency Services.
An acknowledged leader in the field of sustainability and climate action planning, Tammy is the co-author of Local Climate Action Planning, the first guidebook on Climate Action Plans that helps planners, agencies, and community members address GHG emissions and climate change at a local level. She is a member of the AEP Climate Change Committee and an often-requested speaker for conferences and workshops. She recently served as an expert advisor to UN-Habitat’s Cities and Climate Change Initiative to prepare the “Guiding Principles for City Climate Action Planning.”
With over 20 years of experience as an environmental planner, Tammy is committed to working with communities to address climate change. Based in the Central Coast region, Tammy will work closely with all of our offices to prepare local sustainability, climate, and energy action plans; GHG emissions inventories and analysis for CEQA documents; general plan elements; and policy documents to address climate change and energy programs.
