Skyline Wins Two PCBC Awards

The Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) awarded two Gold Nugget Merit Awards to the “Skyline” community in the Santa Clarita Valley—for Best Planned Community and for Master Planned Community of the Year. Working with TriPointe Group / Pardee, PlaceWorks started from an existing plan with entitlements in place and developed a new, environmentally superior design that kept those entitlements intact. Two of the greatest environmental benefits of the new plan were reducing grading operations by ten million cubic yards of dirt and preserving 120 acres—more than a third of the site—as permanent open space.
