PlaceWorks Welcomes Liza Debies
PlaceWorks is thrilled to welcome Liza Debies as an Associate Principal of Environmental Services. Liza a highly skilled environmental planner with over a decade of experience managing and preparing a wide range of CEQA and NEPA documents for projects across California. Her in-depth knowledge of the environmental review process, combined with her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, enables her to develop effective solutions to complex problems.
With a focus on Northern California, Liza’s experience includes preparing environmental documentation for policy documents and long-range plans, as well as public infrastructure, materials recovery facilities, residential, mixed-use developments, commercial, retail, transportation, industrial, recreational, and institutional projects.
Liza is based out of PlaceWorks’ Bay Area office and will further advance our environmental services practice in Northern California. Please join us in welcoming her to our team!
