Jonathan Nettler Promoted to Associate Principal
Congratulations to Jonathan Nettler, AICP on his recent promotion to Associate Principal! Since joining PlaceWorks in 2018 as Los Angeles Regional Director, he has helped expand and lead our Downtown LA office. With 20 years of experience in real estate, land use planning, historic preservation, and large-scale urban design, Jonathan’s cross-disciplinary skillset and perspective enable him to effectively tackle the unique challenges in the LA region.
Jonathan’s accomplishments include helping to guide the adoption of the County of Los Angeles’ Connect Southwest LA TOD Specific Plan and Wildomar’s Commercial and Multifamily Design Standards. He is currently managing general plan updates for the Cities of Palm Springs and Moorpark, and specific plans for the Norwalk Entertainment District and Downtown South Pasadena. Jonathan is also serving as the Los Angeles Regional Liaison for HCD’s Accelerating Housing Production Technical Assistance Services project.
