Richmond Wellness Trail
PlaceWorks partnered with the Trust for Public Land (TPL) and the City of Richmond to plan and design the first phase of the Richmond Wellness Trail, a 1.1-mile pedestrian and bicycle path along 16th Street and Marina Way South.

The Richmond Wellness Trail is multi-modal corridor connecting the Richmond Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station to the Richmond Ferry Terminal. Funded through an urban greening grant, this project includes green infrastructure, bike and pedestrian improvements, increased tree canopy, low water-use plantings, wayfinding, and interpretive signage.
