The CalPlanner Interviews PlaceWorks’ Woodie Tescher

The latest issue of the CalPlanner, a publication of APA California, features an in-depth interview with PlaceWorks’ Principal Woodie Tescher. Woodie has been with PlaceWorks since 2011 and is a principal in Planning and Urban Design in our LA office. He is widely recognized for advancing the state of the art in planning and design to achieve community visions that enhance environmental sustainability, livability, and economic vitality.

The CalPlanner interview covers Woodie’s formative experiences as a planner and solicits his take on recent and future planning challenges. Woodie also weighs in on the reasons he became a planner and how he maintains his energy and enthusiasm in a demanding profession.
