PlaceWorks Project Featured in APA’s Planning Magazine

Los Angeles County’s Master Plan for Sustainable Parks and Recreation is featured in the November issue of Planning magazine, the American Planning Association’s national publication. “Nurturing Neighborhoods,” written by Clement Lau, Facilities Planner for the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation, examines the community-wide benefits of delivering sustainable and equitable urban parks, highlighting the Master Plan for Sustainable Parks and Recreation as a prime example. PlaceWorks is proud to have worked closely with Clement and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation on this award-winning project.
