PlaceWorks Welcomes Mark Teague!
We are pleased to announce that Mark Teague, AICP, has joined PlaceWorks as an Associate Principal in our San Diego office.
Mark will focus his expertise on our CEQA/NEPA practice in the San Diego region, heading development and infrastructure projects in the City and throughout the County. His more than 30 years of experience encompasses the full range of environmental review for public- and private-sector projects in jurisdictions of all sizes. He also has extensive experience as a planner, which along with his project implementation experience, informs his reality-based approach to CEQA review and mitigation.
Mark is particularly effective at public speaking, explaining complex and controversial projects, and encouraging active participation. He is known as an innovative problem solver who understands all facets of the development picture and finds creative ways to expedite projects and ensure the best possible outcome for clients, stakeholders, and the public.
