Addie Farrell Joins PlaceWorks

PlaceWorks Welcomes Addie Farrell as a Principal of Environmental Services

Addie has over 16 years’ experience with CEQA and NEPA and a portfolio of complex and controversial projects ‒ from remediation and recreation to healthcare and entertainment.

Addie’s experience includes overseeing an on-call contract with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks for over 10 years, during which she oversaw projects for new and expanded park facilities, biological resources management, historical surveys, and noise monitoring. For over 12 years, she directed multiple CEQA documents for the Department of Toxic Substances Control involving complex multi-faceted remediation projects. She has also managed large-scale environmental documents for entertainment venues and festivals, such as the Arroyo Seco Music and Arts Festival at the Rose Bowl and the Inglewood Basketball and Entertainment Center. Addie’s work has been recognized with awards from both AEP and APA.

Addie will be based out of PlaceWorks’ Los Angeles office, and building on her extensive local experience, will lead our CEQA/NEPA practice in the region.
