PlaceWorks completed the EIR for the campus improvements master plan to accommodate an additional 4,400 full-time-equivalent students. The 10-year plan includes new math and science buildings, performing arts center, a 7,000-seat football stadium and field house, student service center, gymnasium, and many other site improvements. The EIR withstood challenges from the City of Menifee regarding fair-share contributions for road improvements and from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife regarding wetlands, and also weathered community opposition to the size of the campus expansion.
