PlaceWorks prepared the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and focused Environmental Impact Report for the rebuilding of Del Mar Heights Elementary. The project faced many legal challenges, but PlaceWorks provided quality CEQA analyses that were upheld in court twice, helping the District obtain the environmental clearance it needed to rebuild the school.
