San Jacinto High School

The high school site is part of the proposed 475.1-acre San Jacinto Specific Plan, but the District’s plans were affected by the slow economy and changes proposed by the developer that increased the size of the high school and modified two boundaries. These changes required the district to revise its technical studies at substantial cost as well as additional reviews and approvals by other public agencies, so the district proceeded with the original boundaries. The CEQA document evaluated the original site and conceptual site plan for the school, but noted the various changes.
